Join an exciting opportunity to lead the establishment of a new commercial office from the ground up. We’re seeking an experienced, commercially driven Senior Manager to spearhead business development initiatives, drive revenue growth, and build commercial infrastructure from scratch.

This strategic role combines high-level commercial planning with hands-on operational delivery. You’ll collaborate with leadership to establish operational frameworks, create key commercial assets, and implement governance processes while driving pipeline conversion and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities include establishing commercial infrastructure, coordinating team activities and KPI delivery, pipeline monitoring through CRM systems, implementing governance frameworks, leading commercial pitch preparation, and developing strategic commercial plans focused on client expansion.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate services, TCSP, or regulated client-facing environments, with demonstrated success managing high-net-worth clients and corporate accounts. You’ll need to be a strategic thinker who can execute at ground level, comfortable building processes and systems while maintaining senior-level commercial oversight.
